Melon Shake

Serves 2This shake is very refreshing during a hot summer day! It hits the spot after a morning of sunning out! Adding the superfoods makes it almost a complete meal! ENJOY!!
Ingredients:
1 cup HoneyDew Melon or Cantaloupe, Cubed and Frozen
16 ounce Coconut Water
2 tablespoon Coconut
Oil
2 tablespoon Raw Honey
4 tablespoon Quantum Whey Protein
1 tablespoon Spirulina
1 tablespoon Maca Powder
pinch Sea
Salt
Preparation:
Throw all ingredients in a blender and blend away! You don’t have to freeze the melon, but I personally like it frozen. It gives it a thicker consistency.

This does sound good, but I felt I should let you know it is very important to eat all melons alone!!
