Meat Balls and Spaghetti
This is one of the simplest things I’ve ever made. I wish I had come up with the walnut meat, but o well :) This is tasty and very rich but will definitely curb spaghetti cravings.
2 cup walnut meat
1 zucchini
Follow the recipe for walnut meat here on the site. I added beef seasoning to make it taste more like meatballs. Afterwards I thought maybe a sweetener would have been good also.
Wet your
hands a little and form the meat into balls. Dehydrate. I’m not sure how long, because I use my oven. It took less than an hour. So maybe a dehydrator will take less time. You don’t want the meat too dry. You just want it to be able to withstand the spaghetti sauce.
peel the skin off of the zucchini then peel strips from the zucchini for
spaghetti.
The sauce in the picture is not raw.(sorry) I could see this going good with a raw alfredo sauce too. Enjoy!

Thanks Rawspring.
This seems like it would taste awesome with the marinara sauce recipe: http://www.goneraw.com/recipes/1476-The-Best-Pasta-Sauce-You-ve-...
I look forward to trying it!

o sorry, I guess I wasn't clear about the beef seasoning. It's just a seasoning blend:Salt, red pepper, fennel, mustard seed, black pepper and garlic. I would've used raw sauce but I didn't have anymore tomatoes. I think it would have tasted better with raw sauce because it was very very rich. I couldn't eat all the meat balls :)

Hi Rawspring! Is this the recipe you used by Kandace? http://www.goneraw.com/recipes/26-Spicy-Walnut-Taco-Meat
I just wanted to make sure. Did you put a little shake on steak seasoning or something like A-1 sauce? Congrats! This is a great way to start!
