Mango-parsley green smoothie

Servings:
serves one.Wonderful & simple green smoothie with good balance between sweet fruit and bitter, nutritious parsley
Ingredients:
1 cup diced mango, frozen works fine
2 cup parsley, stems and all
3 bananas
Preparation:
Blend bananas and enough water with parsley. Add frozen mango and blend some more.
Either mango or bananas can be frozen, but not both – that becomes too thick and cold.
Mango can be substituted with raspberries and a head or half of romanie lettuce can be added.
