I used fresh fruits and frozen cashew milk, but you can get similar results with fresh milk and one or more frozen fruits. A great base for adding milder superfoods or supplements.
1 mango, cubed
1 cup cashew or almond milk
1 cup coconut water
½ vanilla bean
2 packets stevia, optional
1 tablespoon tocotrienols, optional
1 tablespoon lecithin granules, optional
1 teaspoon bee pollen, optional
dash sea salt
Blend all ingredients.
I got the tocos from rawguru.com, and the lecithin from Whole Foods. They both work really well in creamy smoothies.
