I used fresh fruits and frozen cashew milk, but you can get similar results with fresh milk and one or more frozen fruits. A great base for adding milder superfoods or supplements.

1 mango (cubed)
3 bananas
1 cup cashew or almond milk
1 cup coconut water
½ vanilla bean
2 packets stevia (optional)
1 tablespoon tocotrienols (optional)
1 tablespoon lecithin granules (optional)
1 teaspoon bee pollen (optional)
Dash of sea salt
Recipe Directions
1. Blend all ingredients together.

Hey just curious where do you get tocotrienols and lecithin granules? This sound refreshingly delicious, perfect for the recent spring weather.

I got the tocos from rawguru.com, and the lecithin from Whole Foods. They both work really well in creamy smoothies.
