I needed mango chutney for a recipe but could not find one anywhere. So I used the ingredients for Major Grey’s Chutney but made it raw instead of cooked.
Ingredients:
1 Mango
½ tablespoon Honey
¼ teaspoon Onion
Powder
¼ teaspoon Cumin
¼ teaspoon Curry Powder
2 tablespoon Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Apple Cider
Vinegar
.66 cup Rasins, soaked
Preparation:
Put mango and all other ingredients in food processor and pulse. Place this in a bowl. Put rasins in food processor and process until they are small pieces. Add the rasins to the mango mixture. Use this in your favorite recipe

1. I made this chutney and it
I made this chutney and it tasted great. I did not have a cup to measure the sultanas (no raisins in cupboard at time) but I just guessed a handful. Very good chutney, went down a treat and the boys (not raw) liked it so much, they finished it off! No better testimony than men quietly chomping their food.
