Gynostemma is a only green tea does not have a coffine THOUGH it contains many amino acids, vitamins, minerals, including selenium, magnesium, zinc, calcium, iron, potassium, manganese, phosphorus... this tea has a pure sweet scent and tastes a little bitter http://www.yahwehsaliveandwell.com/gynostemmaleaf.html
