I totally jacked the basic concept for this smoothie from THIS recipe. I changed a few things & added a pic! :)
2 cup spring greens mix
3 stalks of celery
2 cup baby carrots
1 tablespoon grated ginger
Chop the carrots into chunks & add to the blender with a little water. Whiz until fairly smooth. Add the celery & whiz again. Add the rest of the ingredients & whiz until everything is combined.
*I whizzed some ice into mine just because I like ‘em super cold. :)
