I had the ingredients and just made this and fell in love with it, It is great rolled in a collard Leaf or stuffed in half a Red Pepper.

1 cup Pumpkinseed, soaked
1 clove Garlic
1 Shallot
1 pinch Sea salt
1 Juice of one Lime

Recipe Directions

Place everything in a food processor and blend together
