Leftover Lunch Wraps

This is a great way to use up leftovers and is surprisingly delicious. Get creative and experiment! You can use those tidbits of leftovers you don't want to waste and nourish yourself with great nutrition while you are at it! My wrap filling was a mix of leftover sprouted quinoa, veggie salad and an avocado. With a big juicy tomato on the side to finish off lunch, your tummy will thank you!

Just wanna formally thank you for your great leftover post: I indeed tried it out and it has been my lunch now for three days! My personal favourite version is:
Nori
Avo
Nutritional Yeast
Fresh cut garlic (this really makes the dish for me)
Butter beans
Had it today for a picnic lunch (on a rainy day!) with avo, NYeast, lentil sprouts and soaked sundried tomatoes. The usual is still my fave.
Thanks, your recipe helped me to get on track with 100% raw eating again. I think I fail because of a lack of planning.

You've inspired me with the nori wraps! type of lunch I would go for... thanks, was browsing for food recipes (in other words, not sweet pudding recipes) and this looks great!
