Serves 1 with no willpower, 2 with willpower

If only Popeye knew about these. They are a perfect way conquer your sweet-tooth or post work-out cravings while also receiving your doses of protein, fiber, EFA’s and EAA’s.

Ingredients:

½ cup raw hemp seeds, crumbled to oily powder/butter in food processor
2 tablespoon raw hemp protein powder, throw it in blender
2 tablespoon raw cocao powder , throw it in blender
1 frozen bananas, more/less depending on how creamy you want; throw in blender
1 tablespoon raw agave nectar, more/less for taste, throw in blender
2 cup blessed pure water, more/less depending on how thick you like; throw in blender

Preparation:

Toss your hemp seeds into a coffee grinder or mini food processor for around half a minute…. IF you are lucky enough to have a vitamix, go ahead and skip this step. Then just combine all the others in the blender (I put 2 bananas) and whiz away until smooth, creamy, and frothy. Slurp up and Power on.

I didn't have the raw hemp protein powder, so I used 2 tablespoons tocotrienols instead. Very unique flavour! Tasted a lot like a yerba mate latte I tried the other day...
Interesting breakfast for me. Woke me up and stimulated my senses for a long day of school!

i eat this post-workout too! except i mix the banana with a bit of water, frozen nut milk ice cubes, lecithin and maca, and then i throw in the cacao nibs at the very end of blending so that the pudding/smoothie retains some crunch. after i throw the whole thing in a bowl i add a tablespoon each of bee pollen and ground flaxseed on top. so tasty!

Oops.
Mandelicious, Thanks! You just took it to a whole new level... I didn't have fresh strawberries, but the coconut was such a perfect edition. Can't go wrong mixing bananas and coconut.
