Happy Green Juice
Servings:
Serves 1-lasts me til about 2:30 or 3p :)

Start out with the fruits in blender with about 1/4 cup of water to get a nice base going. Then slowly add ingredients in whatever the heck order you want until a nice non-chunky green…unless you like it chunky, in which case: LEAVE IT CHUNKY! May finish with chunks of apple to eat like soup. Mmmm juicy.

Ingredients:

½ head Cilantro
1 head Romaine
½ bag Baby Spinach
¼ head Dino Kale
1 pinch Cayenne to taste
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Coconut Butter or Oil
1 pinch Cashews
2 ounce Baby Carrots
1 Lemon
1 Lime
pinch Flax Seed
1 Avocado
1 tablespoon Spirulina

Sounds good! I must admit, I never considered juicing cilantro! Will give it a try!
