this recipe reminds me of my childhood days...waking up to a nice bowl of tasty oatmeal, only better!
1c organic buckwheat groats, soaked overnight (include 1/2 of the soak water)
1/2c organic, raw, hulled sunflower seeds
1/2 organic banana
cinnamon, to taste (optional)
combine all ingredients in a food processor. enjoy! if you want it warmed, place in a bowl on top of your dehydrator while you're getting dressed and ready for the day.

I love soaked oat groats too. so comforting. Pour a little homemade almond milk over it -- mmmm, heavenly!
also add dates--- a few halawis or medjools would work well too im sure--- it makes it sweet!
i really REALLY love this recipe and my boston terrier apparently does too...she licked the bowl clean! :-O *without cinnamon*
