Greens and Green Grape Smoothie

A great way to start the morning. Easy, full of living water, minerals and proteins and surprisingly sweet. The grapes really hide the taste of the greens so don’t be affraid to pile them in. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Greens
Green Grapes
Water as needed

Preparation:

Put a few handfulls each of grapes and greens in a blender and add some water. You don’t need to add to much because the grapes are very watery.

You could use red or purple grapes, but I find that the green ones are sweeter and mask the taste of the salad greens better.

I was just wondering what to do with all the kale and green grapes I just picked from my yard! This is wonderful in spite of the kale being strong tasting, you are right, the grapes mask the taste very well.

This might make a great juice, too!
