GREEN applesauce

serves 1 or 2 green smoothie loversthis is for when you want to EAT a smoothie!
Ingredients:
3 apples
1 banana
juice of 1 lemon
1 bunch of mild greens, like
carrot tops or whatever you like.
cinnamon to taste
vanilla to taste
Preparation:
throw the apples, bananas, and greens in a blender or through a juicer. if using a juicer, remember to use the blank screen, or combine the pulp with the juice after juicing. add lemon, vanilla, and cinnamon to taste.leave out the vanilla and cinnamon if you want it 100% raw… but i love the extra depth of a pinch of cinnamon. Grab a spoon and enjoy!

Sounds yummy. Sometimes it's nice to have something in the AM with my greens that I can put a spoon into.
