1 head green cabbage
4 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
pepper to taste
2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
shred cabbage. Add olive oil. coat well. add other ingredients. put in the dehydrator until desired softness.
do you mean napa cabbage? I don't know. I buy the cheap stuff. You can always take a couple of enzyme caps before you eat this, if you are worried.
Can I use that thick curly cabbage for this? Or will that just wreak havoc on my stomach, being so thick?
