Ginger Berry Zing

Ginger Berry Zing
Servings: 
Serves: 3

A nice refreshing pick me up with a ginger citrus like zing. Very healthy, provides lots of antioxidants and omegas!

Ingredients: 

1½ cup Water, More or less depending on desired consistency
1 Banana, Frozen or Fresh
1 cup Berries, Frozen or Fresh
1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, or 1"
.125 cup Ground Flaxseed
.125 cup Ground Hempseed

Preparation: 

1. Blend ingredients in a blender.

2. Enjoy!

NOTE: Frozen fruits make a thicker smoothies as does less water.

I like my smoothies a bit sweeter so I added a second banana and a small apple... Yum! Thanks!

Beautiful picture Natural Vegan!!! I'm going to have to try this soon. I just watched a documentary that said berries (along with some others) have the best type of fiber for detoxification. I'll be having this soon. Thanks
