"Get me through the night shift" green shake

Servings:
2Ingredients:
1 Banana (frozen)
1/2 Mango
5 strawberries (frozen)
Handfull of
Pomegranate
10 Raspberries
Bunch of Spinach (I like a lot...and it's still tasty!)
I add a scoop of Raw Protein and some B12 and fill up the rest of the blender with about 12 oz. almond milk. You can leave out the protein and reduce the almond milk and it's still good. It seems to give me the extra get up and go to get through my 16 hour shift.

for Papa,
I know that we do get some protein from our greens, but really you won't need as much as you think. You can also get protein from nuts in your pates or as snacks. I haven't had a real issue with protein since going raw. Going raw is a great journey! Enjoy!
