Eat Your Greens

try spread on a portobello mushroom that has been splashed with lemon juice. top with a tomato slice
Ingredients:
6-12 oz greens
1 avocado
4 gherkins, chopped
2 tbsp
dulse
2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
2 tsp kelp
Preparation:
1. put the greens in a food processor and process until they are venly chopped with no large pieces.
2. add avocado and process for half a minute until it's completely mixed with the
greens.
3. add remaining ingredients and process briefly until mixed.
