Date Power Smoothie

Great shake for some quick energy!
Ingredients:
8 medjool dates
1 banana
1 cup alomond milk
½
teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
Soak dates in almond milk intil fully hydrated. Place all ingredients in blender, and blend. You can add some water if you want a more liquid shake.

I make this one all the time! I use less dates though because I like less-sweet. Strange but true, lol. It keeps me full and motivated in the morning!
