I just came up with this, after discovering barley malt syrup! Love it!! :9
½ cup frozen mango chunks
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon barley malt syrup
½ cup cold yerba mate tea
Put it all in the blender!
Vary the amounts for cocoa, syrup, and tea, to your liking. I didn’t measure everything exactly when I made it (you know how that goes!), so you may have to adjust things for the desired consistency.
