Chia Kombucha Pudding

depends on your appetite.A satisfying, fun and spicy mix for travel or home, this is so simple that I make it at my desk at work! Pictured is this recipe made with Synergy Mystic Mango KT in a 16 oz. wide-mouth Mason jar.
Ingredients:
Kombucha Tea
juice (optional)
chia seeds
Preparation:
Add liquid to chia seeds in a ratio of at least 4 parts Kombucha or a KT/juice mixture to 1 part dried chia seed. Stir with a fork or whisk immediately and several times over 30 minutes. Drink or eat with a spoon, depending on your preference for thickness.
