These are delicious….you’ll love them. It’s actually an adopted recipe of my mom’s SAD granola bars.

Ingredients:

1 cup raw almond butter
¾ cup raw honey
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 cup oats
½ cup flaked coconut
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup raisins
.33 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoon sesame seeds

Preparation:

Mix almond butter and honey together.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. spread on sheets or in a pan Dehydrate at 115 until firm, I’m not sure

how long. Sorry about that. These are awesome and even non-raw people love them…enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for this recipe! Everyone in my family loves them including my little sister who is one of the pickiest eaters I know. It was a great switch from store bought (healthier, cheaper, tasiter) and I will deffinately have them on hand. SO much easier to be raw with easy snacks like these to throw in the diaper bag. Thanks again!

For truly raw oats go to www.goldminenaturalfood.com Oats spoil fast so most of the time they are steamed then pressed. Not these!
From their website :: "Gold Mineā„¢ Organic Fresh Rolled Oats are "raw," not pre-steamed or toasted. We cold-roll them (without steaming or toasting like regular oatmeal) so they retain more valuable nutrients and have a richer flavor. They retain their essential fatty acids, bran, and germ, providing complete nutriton and creamy flavor."
