Cardamom Spice Raw Donut Holes

These raw cookie balls (or donut holes) are so quick & easy. Arrange on a platter with fruit for parties and other gatherings. Even raw skeptics will love this simple dessert. Using freshly ground cardamom really does make a big difference! If you don't have a spice grinder, you can do it the ol' fashioned way with a motar & pestle. I hope you enjoy this recipe. Okay. I made these last night. I didn't have Cardamon (go figure) so I made a mix of high quality cinnamon, fresh ground cloves & nutmeg. I really like them! The family didn't but they're not much for cinnamon (spices) but I definitely am! Thanks for the recipe.
