Easy-to-digest fruit with protein from almond milk. Very delicious combo!
8 tablespoon almond milk
2 tablespoon pomegranate concentrate
1 cup ice cubes
The almond milk and ice cube measurements aren’t exact because I don’t measure. I think it’s about half a cup of almond milk and about a cup of ice.
Put it all in a VitaMix and blend until smooth. This is very delicious, filling enough to hold you until lunch, and easy to digest because it’s mostly fruit. Pomegranate is extremely high in antioxidants.
