Bananas for Babies

1 servingI made this plate for my toddler, because she loves picking up and eating tiny, whole flax seeds. I enjoy the texture and simplicity of this dish.
Ingredients:
1 banana, cut into disks
sprinkle flax seed, whole
sprinkle chia seed
sprinkle
hemp seed
sprinkle shredded coconut
bee pollen, a couple of grains, optional
Preparation:
Cut up a banana, and lay it out on a plate. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top.
I like to put bee pollen on one or two pieces of banana, for nutrients.
