OMG!!! Great Raw Ice Cream for everyone, even the SAD’s…

I also add my chocolate fudge in chunks and stir it in before freezing, Wow what a pleasure!!!

“Chunky Monkey” would be another great name for the frozen delight!!!

Ingredients:

2 Ripe bananas, fork mashed with chunks
2 teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Agave or prefered sweetener
½ cup Corsely chopped Almonds or other Nut
½ cup Red seedless Grapes

Preparation:

With a fork mash-up two ripe bananas, stir in the vanilla and sweetner… Add the chopped nuts and grapes, mix well and freeze…

I made another batch today but changed it a little.... Decreased the banana by one and added 3/4 Cup of water with 2 Tablespoons of Chia Seed... So far it is just as good with Omega 3's and a lower "sugar" glycemic index... The Almonds are soaked...

Kandace~I have never seen or eaten Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey... Doubt it will be close to mine... LOL

I used to eat Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey way, way too much. Looking forward to trying this delight!
