Avocado Tartare
Servings:
2 servings...or one if you are piggy like me:)inspired by GOBO, NYC
Ingredients:
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup cashews
2 green onions w/ stems, diced
¼ cup water
sprinkle sunflower seeds, (optional)
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients!
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds to add texture
And enjoy!

When I first read the title of this recipe, I thought it said "Avocado Torture." :P
I'll have to give this a try though. It looks really good!
