Asian Slaw

2-3
Ingredients: 

Salad:
3 beets peeled and juliened
1 Kohlrabi peeled (use a veggie peeler to make thin shavings)
1/2 a cucumber seeded and juliened
2 green onions sliced on a bias
Thumb size knob of ginger peeled and juliened
1 tablespoon of wakame (or other sea vegetable) soaked for at least 15 mins
3 tablespoons of seasame seeds

Dressing:
4 tablespoons of sesame oil
3 table spoons of Ume plum Vinager ( i was out so i used organic naturally brewed brown rice vinager (not raw))
3 table spoons of miso
1 table spoon of Agave

Preparation: 

combine all of the salad ingredients in a bowl. Mix together dressing ingredients and toss with veggies.

1. Rawlizard, as my sesame oil

Rawlizard, as my sesame oil is made with toasted seeds i don't use it in raw dishes either, I substitute an equivalent amount of seeds which I turn to powder in the coffee grinder attachment of my blender before adding to the rest of the dressing ingredients.

This really looks yummy! does anybody knows of an Asian dressing Whithout the sesame oil and the miso? I don't usually buy these. Thanks!
