This mung bean salad is so quick and delicious! Just mix all ingredients together.
1 tablespoon nama shoyu
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 green onions, sliced
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon agave nectar
1.125 cup sprouted mung beans
Mix all ingredients together. Enjoy!!
Fantastic! I substituted the nama shoyu w/Braggs liquid aminos and wheat-free tamari. Yum.
