Apple-Cranberry Relish

Servings:
3 cupsgood for holidays. use as a topping for cheese or yogurt.
keeps for 2 weeks in fridge
Ingredients:
1 cup dried unsweetened cranberries, soaked overnight
1 large apple
8 large dates, soaked
overnight
1/2 cup walnuts, soaked overnight
2 oz raisins or currants, soaked overnight (separate)
glass jar
Preparation:
1. process everything except raisins
2. stir raisins by hand.
3. store in glass jar
