apple cinnamon flax snax

if shaped into circles, about 6 snacksdepending on how long you dehydrate, this can be like a bread or a cracker. I left mine bread like and spread some icing on top. Delicious!!
Ingredients:
1 apple
1 cup flaxseed powder
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash water until
doughy consistency
Preparation:
blend all ingredients, shape into snack size and dehydrate to either bread like texture or crackers. They’re great either way. Add some icing and bravo
