Servings:
Serves 1I came up with this because I wanted something quick and filling to eat while my two month old was napping. It tastes like the banana pudding my Grandmother used to make for me when I was a little girl.
Ingredients:
3 ounce raw walnut halves
9 dates, pitted
dash cinnamon to taste
2 teaspoon raw
honey or agave nectar
1 ripe banana
Preparation:
Place walnuts in food proccesor. Grind into powder. Add dates and cinnamon. Grind until well mixed. Add honey/agave nectar and banana and process until the consistency is pudding like. Eat immediately. Enjoy!

This recipe sounds great, but really Karmyngirl I'm writing because you're holding the most adorable baby evvvver. Had to say it.

Yum. I'm eating this now. I made it a little different but what a perfect way to satisfy my never ceasing sweet-tooth!!

I also used 2 bananas. It's a very tasty recipe--thanks!

Very yummy! Way to sweet for me this time, I used two bananas and only 4 dates. I'll definitely make a version of this again though!

Very good! I don't usually like the texture of bananas, but the nuts balanced the mushier texture quite well.

My pleasure! I will try it with two bananas next time as well!

I made this just a few minutes ago! I put in 2 bananas instead of one, but everything else was the same! It was good! It tasted like bananas mixed with peanut butter! Thanks for sharing!
