I came up with this because I wanted something quick and filling to eat while my two month old was napping. It tastes like the banana pudding my Grandmother used to make for me when I was a little girl.
3 ounce raw walnut halves
9 dates, pitted
dash cinnamon to taste
2 teaspoon raw honey or agave nectar
1 ripe banana
Place walnuts in food proccesor. Grind into powder. Add dates and cinnamon. Grind until well mixed. Add honey/agave nectar and banana and process until the consistency is pudding like. Eat immediately. Enjoy!
