5-Minute Cabbage Wraps
Servings:
Serves 1

Great for a quick meal!

Ingredients:

1 cabbage leaf
2 slice tomato
5 slice baby portabella mushrooms
1 slice green pepper
1 handful mixed greens of choice
dash cayenne pepper
1 cup Kandace's Zucchini Hummus (see link)

Preparation:

Spread cabbage leaf with hummus (http://goneraw.com/recipes/9-Hummus). Then pile on some greens, followed by the tomatoes, mushrooms, and peppers. Top it off with more hummus and a dash of cayenne pepper, and you’re good to go!

Warning: These can get messy, so use a toothpick if you want.
