one amazing smoothieSince my local healthfood store finally got a shipment of young conconuts that weren’t spoiled I thought it deserved its own recipe. I love smoothies and I’m always looking for new flavors. I think young coconut water tastes heavenly so I knew I had to make a smoothie with it.
Ingredients:
1 cup young coconut water
1 large frozen banana
handfull of fresh berries
Preparation:
Put young coconut’s water, banana, and berries in a blender or food processor for about 1 minute.
