Ingredients:
2 slice Even Better Onion Bread+
1 Avocado+
1 cup Sprouted Lentils+
Cherry tomatoes+
Chopped red
onion+
Cashew Mayonnaise+
Cumin to taste+
Curry to taste+
Cayenne to
taste+
Himalyan sea salt+
Organic Asian Rice Vinegar+
Preparation:
Slather some of the cashew mayonnaise (which I add jalepeno to for this recipe) on the better than onion bread. Top that with the sliced avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and sprinkle with the sprouted lentils. Add some Himalyan Sea salt, cumin, cayenne and curry, and drizzle with the apple cider vinegar. It is really good!
