Ever since Nagev cam up with his superfood shake with cayenne I have been using it in my shakes. I wanted something a little more simple so I make them with my favorite food… bananas!
2 tablespoon cacao beans, powdered
3 med banana
1½ cup coco water
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon soaked or rinsed almonds
blend all ingredients well in a high speed blender. Pour in large glass and enjoy the spiciness. You can always add more cayenne if you want some tears and a cleared nose :)
