1 cup Cocoa or carob , adjust to taste (1/2-1cup)
½ cup Raw Honey, maple syrup, rice or DATES, to Taste
.66 cup Cashew,Almond,Macadamia Butter, Into Magic Bullet, tsp. coconut oil or even ExVir Olive Oil
1 teaspoon coconut or extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean (3) grated or Pure Vanilla
