I threw this together today, and was surprised by how much I loved it! Sometimes these mad-scientist moments do not produce desired results—not the case today ;) The sourness, sweetness, chompiness….All did it for me.
4 leaves of kale, soaked, massaged
1 apple, diced
1 cup raisins, soaked
1 lemon, juiced
1 ear of corn, stripped, and stripped
again
celtic sea salt
apple cider vinegar
rinse the kale, massage it for a few minutes with water, soak it in the h20. add some Apple cider vinegar, swirl it around, ya know, play with your food..then drain. add lemon juice, squirt of agave, sprinkle of salt.
Add the diced apple, corn off the cob, raisins… Enjoy chomping. Maybe use your hands some for the full tactile
experience. Tee hee. What also might be good (just imagining variables: grapes, homemade cranberries (this could get to be a lot of work), dates pieces?) Hmm. I’ll leave it to you. Have fun.
