An amazing smoothie that tastes like chocolate! It is full of super foods and keeps you going until lunch.
2 tablespoons cacoa nibs (don't skimp because you really want to taste the chocolate)
Milk of half a coconut
Handful of grapes
heaping tablespoon honey
few spoonfuls gogi berries
Couple spoonfuls hemp hearts
Some agave if you feel like it
Sponnful coconut butter/oil
pinch slat to enhace the flavours
Put the gogi, cocoa and coconut milk in first becuase you want them to soak for a bit when you prepare the rest.
I don’t have theese often but when I do, it’s something special! The more cayenne you put it, the slower you will drink it and the more you will enjoy it. Play around with the ingredients to suit your pallette.
Blend and try not to chug the whole thing.
