This is for when you want some of the real food of the sea.
2 stalks celery, diced
4 cup veg stock (see recipe)
2 cup cashew cream
2 tablespoon parsley
2 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup arame seaweed
sea salt and black pepper to taste
Soak arame in the veg stock while you preppare the other ingredients. Once the arame is soft add other igredients and mix in a large bowl. Get some warm water and add it to the mixture.
