A great sneak-into-the-movies snack, these are very simple to throw together, if you have tend to have sprouted grains around, that is.
2 cup sprouted buckwheat or quinoa, soaked and sprouted
2 cup pumpkin seeds, ground into flour
2 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 dash sea
salt
1 sprinkle filtered water
1. Put pumpkin seeds through a food processor until they turn into a coarse flour-like consistency.
2. Pour into a bowl and spoon-stir in quinoa or buckwheat, curry powder, sea salt, and agave nectar. Sprinkle in a little water if things aren’t mixing well or looking sticky
enough.
3. Spoon onto Teflex sheets to form little bite-sized lumps.
4. Dehydrate at 100 degrees until chewy (about 6 hours) if you’re going to eat them right away (they’re heavenly warm right out of the dehydrator!) or until dry (about 13 hours)
