Apple Cinnamon Porridge

Great breakfast on a cold fall morning. Remember to soak your almonds ahead of time!
Ingredients:
3 cup almonds, soaked
1 apple
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon Celtic salt
Preparation:
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
It goes well with a bit of ginger added, too.
