Servings:
1 1/2 cupskeeps for a week
Ingredients:
2 cups pine nuts soaked 12 hours, sprouted 8 hoursd, rinsing twice daily (can be stored in water, changing water every seond day)
5 oz water
Preparation:
1. blend nuts with water
2. pour into cheese bag and squeeze out liquid
3. hang over the sink at room temperature for 8-12 hours to drain
4. store in fridge
