Ingredients:
1 cup sunflower sprouts
1 cup buckwheat soaked 6 hours, rinsing ever 30 minutes for the first 3 hours, sprouted 3 days, rinsing twice daily (dehydrate if storing)
1 cup radish sprouts
1 cup mung bean
sprouts
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/2 cup diced red pepper
2 tbsp diced parsley
