Has anyone read about this?
Basically the concepts are that everything you put in your body requires work, a lot of which might be unnecessary. We all tend to over burden our systems on a meal basis. So the theory is once you have been living on a clean diet for quit some time the less you need to put into your system because at this
point you assimilate whatever you have put in your body at a greater percentage (then say when you 1st became raw). So you don't need to stuff yourself day in and day out trying to get a huge amount of calories. Eat when you are hungry and stop when you are not.
The second concept includes dry fasting, and it's benefits.
I highly recommend reading the book called "Quantum Eating"
I find it very interesting and would like to get deeper on the topic, so I dedicated a forum website to do just that, and I hope that you join me.
