I'm Nikki, Hi! :) I'm in Toronto, Ontario.
I'm not eating 100% raw or anything... Or even 75% raw yet...
But I've gone back and forth with cutting meat out of my diet, and recently cut it out all together. (Still eating egg/some dairy, but gradualy removing that also.)
I bake a lot, so doing the whole "vegetarian" thing with baking is a new challenge.
I have been adding more and more raw foods into my diet as much as I can, and it's been great! :) I'm not sure if I'm going to go vegan at any point in the near future, but it's nice to find a little community for discussion on raw matters! :)
