Wheat free version of favorite!
1 cup pecans, chopped
½ head parsley, chopped
2 clove garlic
1 lemon, juiced
¼ cup mint, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup sprouted beluga lentils, fenugreek(optional)
¼ cup red pepper
½ cup green onion
½ cup red onion
Chop everything and add together. Marinate for at least an hour before serving. Hint- add olive oil to parsley in cuisinart plus garlic and blend. It makes it so much easier to prepare the parsely and so flavorfull!
