As my name (SADslave) denotes, I have been a true slave to my cravings for bad food. I have attempted multiple times to swtich over to raw, but each time I have failed. Anyways, thats the past and I do want to make the change stick this time. I am just scared of being overwhelmed by the cravings (as I have experienced in the past). I have a game plan, but I dont have any real support from my family. I am a single mom of 3 and while my children dont care either way what I eat, I feel like I need some real SUPPORT in order to succeed this time. Do you have any suggestions?
