I saw a recipe similiar so I decided to post my version. I have been make for a long time its like a dessert to me and its very satisfying If you like any of these ingredients you will love it.
1 banana
1 cup young coconut water with or without pulp
4 to 5 almonds soaked
1-2 heaping tablespoons of almond butter
1 tablespoon cacao
powder
1 square raw chocolate or a couple nibs
*agave syrup if desired (I think its sweet on its own if you get a ripe banana)
few cubes of ice
mix it all together in a blender until desired consistency. I like mine thin but you can add more ice if you want the normal thick smoothie. Sometimes I also eat it with a spoon dipped in almond butter (lightly coated) for extra almond yumminess. Enjoy!
