this is pretty easy and reallly good.
Ingredients:
de-stemmed kale
your favorite nut cheeze
sun-dried tomatoes
my favorite cheeze from cafe gratitude's book:
1 1/2 cups soaked cashews
1 tablespoon miso
1 pinch sea salt
1 tsp coconut
oil
3/4 cup fresh water
Preparation:
just spread as much as you want of the cheeze, and add in the sundried tomatoes after de-stemming your kale and enjoy! :)
it's also really good if you add in some chopped carrots or any other veggie.
for the cheeze:
blend (turn up speed slowly). gets stronger after being in the fridge overnight.
